Heal your soul, heal the planet. This work is challenging, but necessary to shift the collective in a positive direction. Past life karma can keep us stuck in vicious cycles, which will ripple effect out into the world. We are responsible for our own healing, so that our wounds don't impact others. This work is crucial to our own soul's evolution, and the karma of the collective. This book and audio recording is really supportive in this effort, and I appreciate having this invaluable resource. It put me in a nice space in my head but was too short for any great insightful journey into the past-life. I feel calm but slightly disappointed.

So I have purchased tons of audibles that identify themselves as a way to assist the listener with Past life regression and none of them have done anything remotely like that for me. I have several that I returned to audible and several that even though they did nothing for me, they were relaxing and meditative enough to keep for a rotation for sleeplessness nights.
This title however simple it is did the trick on the very first evening I listened to it. I can honestly say it was relaxing but did not put me to sleep, it did however connect me to at least one past life in the Victorian era that made sense as to why I have so much self doubt going on. I saw myself in a previous life and this author was extremely helpful in getting me there.
