I wasn't expecting the narrator to be trying to simulate having chaw in both cheeks. Story isn't bad, narration is often distracting, I spent too much time in Texas and the working across the south, it hits me as a bad Louisiana bayou mixed with San Antonio Hill country, while double fisting chaw like a chipmunk transporting acorns.

The accent is so bad, it makes hard 2 understand

I’m a huge fan of Dungeon Crawler Carl…read all the books several times…this book is just as good. The ending is nanners. I absolutely loved it.

Love the book! Matt did it again, he brings a fun story to life but also finds a way to reflect on things that are happening in real life. Keep up the good work Matt!

This was a fast paced scifi adventure on the surface. However, it leads to so much more regarding how we treat others that are different than us, how we’re handling AI, and other themes that are definitely pretty deep but I am not eloquent enough to fully explain them. It’s truly a heart felt story with murder robots and Matt’s delectable humor. The voice actor, Travis, also does a great job (with a cameo from Jeff Hayes), fully immersing you the whole way through.
