Never before has there been a greater need for deeper listening and more open communication to cope with the complex problems facing our organizations, businesses, and societies. Renowned scientist David Bohm believed there was a better way for humanity to discover meaning and to achieve harmony. He identified creative dialogue, a sharing of assumptions and understanding, as a means by which the individual, and society as a whole, can learn more about themselves and others, and achieve a renewed sense of purpose.

It contains work frm his earlier books. Bohm has a great way of presenting Krishnamurti's teaching in an analytical form.

I love this book so much that I considered reading it aloud on a voice recorder so that I could then listen to it and share it with others. I am incredibly grateful that someone else decided to create an audible!

David Bohm was the quintessential sage and scientist. He understood very important real life issues. He was NOT abstract.
He influenced J Krishnamurti to speak more about "Dialog" our key to all communication.

As Krishnamurti said "The speaker is not an authority
We are sharing together
Learning together
Discovering together
Bravo and the Narration is superb love Don Hagen a lot...
more of this please..
Bohm's voice was not so mellifluous even in the hours of dialog with J Krishnamurti..but this narration brings it to a new level.

Every tool has it’s strengths and weaknesses. Dialog for common understanding drifting down to the reliability of thought questions and clarifies the fundamentally bug-ridden nature of thought to date. Understanding how thought itself introduces bugs into our thinking gives us the potential to debug our thought and engage higher quality, integrative thinking to guide us to better solutions in this new age of crisis at scale.

Excellent articulation of the Tool that is thought

I read the hard copy of this book more than 10 years ago. This second reading is like reading a brand new book.

If you are a student of the mind and of thought as a system, then this book is a must read.
