Winter Springs is about to be overrun with the media, and Vanessa Poppy is at the heart of controversy.

Now that the holidays are over, Vanessa Poppy’s exhausted. Working overtime at Kris Kringle Inn without a vacation left her feeling burnt out. Not that she could afford time away from the job she loves. Paying for her mom’s care at the facility takes most of her paycheck. Since it was her fault her mom became disabled, she has no choice but to ease her guilt through caring for the woman for the rest of her life.

Being a rockstar for over a decade, Edison Monroe’s finally made some life changing decisions that may or may not affect his career for the better. But the media won’t leave him be. His manager and best friend set him up at Kris Kringle Inn, located in the mountains of Colorado.

When Edison meets Vanessa, sparks fly, but neither one of them is interested in a relationship. When the media discover his whereabouts, he decides to help Vanessa as well as himself, if only she’ll agree to his crazy plan.

Will they be able to fool everyone and keep their hearts intact?

The virtual voice was so monotone, it took away from the emotional storyline. Redo with a real person. Saving money by not paying a voice actor did nit pay off.

Good story if redemption, terrible narration.
