The author touched on all the basics needed in creating a spaceship from obtaining finances to having robots to help build it. Spicing the story with a meteor in the back yars. nosy neighbors, and fbi to build reality was a nice touch.

Building a spaceship and going to the stars is or has been a dream of nearly every scifi believer.

Great character development
the narrators are very good, the AI kept making me think my car navigation was breaking into the story. no issue with it.
was sorry I found this without having a second or 3rd book finished for Audible.

A classical science fiction tale. Excellent narration with a somewhat expected outcome to the story, but it's beautiful like a painting that's done in black and white with just hints of blue here and there. A story not unexpected from the title, yet the characters and flavor and quality audio production put this in the top 10% of my library of about 300 titles. It's simple, elegant and fun.
