When Fitzwilliam Darcy's sister lies dying from a magical ailment, the only person who can help is Elizabeth Bennet, the powerful Librarian of the Great Library – the same woman he abandoned five years earlier.

Elizabeth can't forget Darcy's refusal to believe in her magical ability, even now that she has a griffin familiar. However, as the Librarian, duty compels her to help him. Together, they undertake a quest to the Faerie Realm to find a cure, encountering dangerous magical creatures along the way.

An even greater danger lurks in their own hearts. After their heartbreak five years earlier, can they stop themselves from falling in love all over again? And what will happen when they discover that Georgiana Darcy's illness is intertwined with a danger that threatens all of England?

Mr. Darcy and the Enchanted Library began as an interactive group writing project. In response to enthusiastic readers, the authors have revised and expanded this second chance, forced proximity romantasy based on Jane Austen's Pride & Prejudice.

The storylines were magical and fantasies. It presented a different & challenging adventures for Dacry & Elizabeth. Harry Frost narration was excellent and brought the story to life.
This is a fun and entertaining story.

This first part is from my review of the book, below will be the audiobook.

This has so much to enjoy: dragons, fae, trolls, magic, mystery, a quest just to name a few. I followed this story on the website as each author took one chapter each week. This final product cleared up a few things and tightened the overall story from the original draft online. This will be a story I will enjoy reading again.

So after saying the above, the audiobook narrated by Harry Frost made this story better! He used voices that fit the characters especially the talking "non-human" ones. I know in my review of the book that I would enjoy reading it again but I would rather listen to it more now! So if you are into listening to an enchanted/fantasy P&P variation then this will be a perfect listen to you.

An enchanting story

I resisted reading the book because I am getting really tired of variations where only minor changes are made to the original. I have found most variations to be boring and began looking for paranormal versions thinking that perhaps they would display some originality. Sadly, that is not generally the case.
I bought this audiobook solely because it was narrated by Harry Frost, not because I thought the book would be good. Mr Frost elevates even mediocre books.
I am happy to say that I was wrong about this book. It was original and interesting. It was within the P&P world but didn’t tie itself to the Assembly, Netherfield, Lucas Lodge, the ball, Huntsford, etc. I love it when authors allow themselves to take their story outside of the original’s parameters. Maybe, it takes a committee? Good job ladies and Mr Frost.

Finally, an original variation!
