This book was the perfect way to bring in the week before Christmas! Super quick listen/read that will have you feeling all the feels! I went from crying, to laughing, to blushing through this book. It gives sweet Hallmark vibes that pulls at your heart strings with just a bit of spice. If you’re a Christmas hallmark girly then I highly recommend this one.

The audiobook performance by the narrator portrayed all the needed emotions and kept me hooked throughout. Seriously, I couldn’t be bothered to take my headphones out until I was finished.

This story was so cute and the perfect combination of plot and spice, but what got me was the narration. How one person can be three different voices (Holly, Shep, and Harper) and sound completely different, and yet still convincing, is wild to me. Of course it was a female voice doing both parts, but there were times I almost forgot the voice reading for Shep was the same one that was so feminine and cute for Holly. Great story, Carmen, and Daphne, wow! Amazing performance.

The narrator brought the story to life with warmth, charm, and just the right amount of heat to make the chemistry between the characters electric. Her ability to shift between voices effortlessly made each character distinct, adding depth and personality to every interaction.

This was a really cute, holiday novella. Perfect for when you're looking for something quick and cozy to listen to.

I really enjoyed seeing Harper play matchmaker with her mom and uncle, and also seeing how both Shephard and Holly gave themselves and each other a chance at loving each other after the loss of one of the most important people in their lives.

Daphne Winters did an excellent job with this solo narration. She brought all the characters to life perfectly, and I absolutely loved her as Harper.
