I listened to this book in order to give my friend advice on his divorce experience. Now he is looking to download it and use it as a guide. This us a great book for men going through it trying to survive after divorce. However, women can also benefit from some of the strategies and tips set out here as the author is very professional in the way people should deal with relationships. I like the way he discussed taking control of emotions, being diplomatic, focusing on the kids and using time effectively.
