This was such a charming book, I enjoyed it just as much as the first one in the series. The narrator’s inflection and use of language is so perfect for both immersing you in the time period and conveying the wit and humor of the story! Looking forward to the next one!

This was advertised as Ted Lasso meets Bridgerton and it did not disappoint! The friendship that the Earls share is so sweet and endearing and I love how supportive Simon and Archie were of Effie! Julianna was very relatable in the sense of wanting to make a name for herself! I loved how their friendship grew into more even when Julianna was trying to keep Effie at arms length and overall I really enjoyed this!

So cute!
