Chance Hightower wakes up in the emergency room without knowledge of how he got there or what is happening to him. The claustrophobic 22-year-old is told that he has been in an ATV accident, and medical staff is preparing tests.

While inside the radiology room, he is calmed down by the technician on duty, James. Chance is on the verge of a panic attack when he is soothed by the calm radiologist. While he cannot see the hospital worker, he is thankful for the man speaking to him through the headset.

Unfortunately for both men, the emergency room starts to experience irregularities in power.
