Ladon's Desire by Michelle Dare is a paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Sarah L. Colton and Troy Duran.

This is the eighth book in the Paranormals of Avynwood Series. Each book in the series can be read as a standalone. However, they do reference characters from other books so I would recommend reading in order.

I absolutely love Michelle’s books! They always leave me with a smile. I really enjoyed Genevieve and Ladon's story. I liked that they had the insta-connection but slowly built on their relationship before letting the mating bond take effect. I can’t wait for the next book in the series Craving Camden to be released on audio so I can get Camden and Whitlock story.

Sarah and Troy did an amazing job on the narration. They really know how to bring a story to life.

I would highly recommend this series if you love Paranormal Romances.

Thoughts on the Plot: I absolutely loved this book! I am not too surprised if I am being honest. I have been in love with this entire series since the very first book. Every book is wholesome and funny. Normally books like this are full of cringe and angst. This series isn't like that. Not even a little bit.

Thoughts on the Characters: Laden has had his challenges. To start with, he's a human in the midst of a wolf pack. He hopes that he will be the mate to a shifter. The mate that he winds up with a vampire for his mate. She's a real gem. I adore her! I want more of her!

Notable Points: This is book eight in the Paranormals of Avynwood series. They can be read as stand alones, but I would fully recommend reading them in order. I am looking forward to reading them again.

Rating on Narrator: This book has been narrated by both Sarah L. Colton and Troy Duran. They narrated the rest of the series as well. 5-Star for both of them.

Thoughts on Audiobook: The two narrators have done such a fantastic job with this entire series. They have such amazing voices. They are easily two of my favorite narrators! They are easily on my auto-buy level in all honesty!

Suggestions for Author: More books, please!

Would I Recommend?: I recommend this entire series! I recommend this author!

Similar To: I would say it's a tamer version of the Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) world. I say this very loosely.

This book is heartbreaking! I love this series and love this book just as much but so much happens that I’m not sure how to cope yet. I’m sure by the time the next one comes out I will have recovered and will be ready to dive in. This couple is a little more different with one of the mates being human but that does not stop them from finding their happy ending no matter what is thrown their way.

He loves his extraordinary family, but he is lonely without a mate until he meets Genevieve. Their attraction is strong. She a vampire, he is a human . She doesnt want to make the final connection, but something drastic happens to Ladon, she didnt have time to make a choice between life and death. The mystery, suspense surrounding the pack, shows how loyal they are to each other. , Who is behind it all the terror?
Troy Duran and Sarah L Colton are perfection ! They bring this story to life!

❤️❤️I don’t know how Michelle does it, each book is my favorite and I know she can’t out do it and then she does! Laden and Gen are so perfect for each other!!! I don’t even know what to say I’m in a book coma! ❤️❤️
