It is just a how too on drawing for beginners. It doesn't touch on the making of an actual Manga at all. Waste of a credit!
There are better videos on YT that teach what the whole book does and more in under 15 min.
Sheesh, If you don't already know this much you shouldn't be thinking about making Manga anyway.
