The final book of the Kingdom of Crows series and it is everything I could have possibly wanted, and then some. I won’t be going into any detail, as this is the final book of the trilogy, and I don’t want to spoil. But I will say, Fallon truly comes into her own, fighting through despair, loss, and tragedy, coming out stronger on the other end. And Lore, fighting beside her, behind her, but never diminishing her, always supporting and believing in her. The back and forth, who can be trusted, who is an ally who is an enemy, all the political maneuvering, it all comes to a head, and there is so much that comes to the surface. I loved the twists and turns - some expected, some not, but all of them woven so well into the story. The relationship between Lore and Fallon is just perfect - in every sense. I have loved this trilogy from the first book, and this final piece of the main story was fantastic. I also loved the set up we got for what is to come in this universe at the end, and I am very excited for more.

Olivia King did a wonderful job bringing a voice to Fallon and I enjoyed listening to this audiobook immensely. She did a great job pulling out all the emotion and drama that this story elicited, making it all the more enjoyable.

This series should definitely be more popular! It's definitely going Into my re-reads. Yeah, this book has a lot more smut than the previous books. It could have cut out a handful and you wouldn't miss them, but if you're going to have some extra sex scenes, you want them done just like this! There were definitely some surprise twists in this book, and some definitely made me sad, but that just adds to the emotion of the story. I thoroughly enjoyed this read, and the narrator did an amazing job! (The male POV is in there very little).

The heroin is the simplest, most impetuous, non critical thinking female lead character. I really like the series but hate how stupid she acts sometimes. Literally no common sense lol. 😂

This is a captivating and enchanting read. The well-crafted world, intriguing characters, kept me engaged throughout the entire series. Fallon and Lore..oh goodness. I don’t want to give any spoilers away but heavens. I just love them. The story unfolds with a perfect balance of mystery and surprises, making it a compelling fantasy read.
The narrator, Olivia King does a wonderful job portraying Fallon and many of the other characters. She used a variety of tones and inflections that portrayed each scene perfectly.
If you’re looking for a fantasy read that’s a trilogy, pick this one up!
