Hope Mitchell lived her life on the outskirts; no attachments, no friends, no family. All of this by design.

She knew the pain that came when you lost someone who meant something to you. She'd sworn off men long ago; the last time she fell in love she invited the devil into her heart, and she lost, huge. That was to say, she knew better than to let the larger-than-life Delta Force operator into her life. Hope recognized the risk, but Beau promised he would fight for her, which he did, until he left her more broken than he found her.

Beau "Jangles" Talbot promised himself he wouldn't fall for a woman while he was still in the Army. He'd seen it too many times before—a good woman getting worn down by the demands of being a military wife. But when he meets the gorgeous bartender Hope Mitchell, he does the unthinkable and falls in love. Then, his worst nightmare comes to fruition and Hope is thrown into a dangerous situation because of him and his teammates. One mission—five women—everything is on the line. Jangles and his teammates have one shot at getting it right, one chance at extraction, or every man on his team loses the woman they love.

Hope's Delta is the fifth book in the Delta Team Three series. Each book is a stand-alone, with no cliff-hanger ending.

Awesome book. I really enjoyed the book and the narrators did a great job.

This series was quite enjoyable and it’s sad to see it end. That said, the author did a great job in tying up with this book. We’ve met Jangles and Hope in the prior books and we finally get their story. What started off as a fling/friends with benies becomes more than either party is willing to admit. Hope has some serious baggage that’s holding her back from a relationship…except when she’s ready, Jangles isn’t! Lots of action, steam, tears and OMG…the wrap!! Worth the read/listen…and re-read/re-listen!!

Sorry to see this series end.

The only thing that brought down this review (SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS) is that, even after Nori told Beau that Hope was leaving, he still spent weeks not going to her. Not nearly enough groveling done. And, that after he dumped her even though he PROMISED to fight for her and she had just gone through some MAJOR trauma and was all ALONE.

Love Riley Edwards and Troy Duran

Absolutely loved this series. Listened to all of them, and enjoyed the characters. Was nice to follow characters from book to book. And how it ties the series up at the end! Awesome, highly recommend

There is a lot of heaviness in this book and I just couldn't really "get into it" for that reason. It also seemed like there was a lot of swearing and steamy scenes, neither of which I care for. It's just not for me in this season of my life. However, the full wrap up at the end was nice and the performance was very good.

Not for me but a very good performance
