Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

No. I really did not feel the chemistry between Lola and Dresden. It draaaaggged ....

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Perhaps moving things a long a little faster. I did not care for the narration either.

Did Bee Bowen do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

She added nothing to the story or the characters.

What would have made this romance irresistible?

Maybe better narration ... a faster moving story. I definitely will not read the next installment.

I purchased this book ... it was short and received some good reviews. This is a very slow moving wanna be romance. I do not recommend it if you are looking to be entertained. It's only a few hours long ... but I could care less about how this story ends and will not be reading the next installment.

The reason I gave the performance only four stars is because this book would have benefited from a dual POV narration. It would have been told so much better by having two narrators and I hope in the rest of this series we might get that dual narration.

I made the mistake of purchasing the first 3 books at the same time on my kindle, thinking thid was a series and each book was s full length book. however, you only get a few chapters of the same story in each book. I went ahead and downloaded book 4 when it came out as the author promised it was the last book and I wanted the ending. I thought I had learned my lesson, especially woyh this particular author, but apparently I am still an idiot. I downloaded this book on audibles thinking she had conimed sll 4 books. Three hours was about how long it took to read all 4; they were so short. I forgot a narrator tends to read slower. I am shocked this author is still ripping people off. The story itself is not bad and the writing decent enough, but in no way worth what is being charged. I noticed on audibles, they are now available in a bundle for $4.99. Why not do the same with the audible version. I will not be purchasing insallments of a story that feeds you a handful of chapters at best; only a few scenes at a time, fron audibles. It is disgraceful...
