What made the experience of listening to God Touched the most enjoyable?

Overall it is the narration what makes this a good listen. The book itself is well written and has a well thought out magic system but for me it goes by a little to fast.

Would you be willing to try another book from John Conroe? Why or why not?

I bought this book along with the rest of the series. It might be only above average but this series as been on my watch list for a while now and I enjoyed it enough the try the whole series.

What about James Patrick Cronin’s performance did you like?

Mr. Cronin does what any good narrator should do, he keeps each character voice distinct.

It really irks me when a other wise good audio book is ruined because the narrator can't or just won't bother to give each character their own voice.

Thankfully Mr. Cronin is able to keep each character a distinct tone so their is no confession on who is speaking.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Overall I felt the most from the humor.

There are a lot of hilarious banter that made me smile more than a few times.

Any additional comments?

I been waiting for this series to on audible for a while and for the most part it did not disappoint.

As I said before I felt like this went by a little to fast.

For those of you who have read more than their fair share of urban fantasy and are tired of having to wait for the forth or fifth book for the two lead to get together or for the lead to be "outed" as a supernatural or whatever else "insert commonly over drawn out plot thread" than this might not be so bad.

For me it felt like I just listened to what could have been at least to books in one.

Overall I say if you want a new action pack series that does not waste any time than this is a good choice and having having marathoned though the rest of the series I can say it only gets better.

Interesting.....

Few series hold my attention too long. Even less would I buy rather than rent. I haven't enjoyed a series like this since Kevin Hearn's Iron Druid Chronicles. Can't wait to move on to book two!

Finally!

A fresh and amusing take on nephilim, vampires, werewolves, witches, and things that go bump in the night.

Great Fantasy Read

What did you love best about God Touched?

I liked how the characters delevoped and the writer keeps you off guard with serveral curve balls so you don't always knows what will happen next.

What did you like best about this story?

The begining and the end, it kept my interest and I will read all the rest if they are this good

What does James Patrick Cronin bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Mr Cronin is one of the most professional readers I have ever listened too. He brings the cast of characters to life. Look forward to many of his other works

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Well, that is as good as any

Any additional comments?

Look forward to reading all the other books, I enjoyed it

The first in a great series, I have read them all

If you like Anita Blake etc, then this will blow your mind. I'm about a quarter of the way through. Amazing. All the good themes of early Anita, but better.

Wow... just wow.
