The Author really captured the North Carolina mountains. It was also a wonderful surprise to hear NASCAR references, making me a happy fan of not only Mystery stories but NASCAR! Wonderfully done and I look forward to more in the series!

Enjoyed the story and characters. The performance was great, loved the voices she added to characters and the kitty. Story was good enjoyable mystery and very likable characters.

I have enjoyed mystery books in Ms. Diane Kelly's other series, so I knew this new series would also be enjoyable.

The story is light, funny and flows well. The characters are likeable and well portrayed, and the plot is engaging and believable.

There are many elements in this story that remind me of other authors' cozy mysteries, yet that did not distract me from listening to the story.

Superb narrator Holly Adams again performs each character flawlessly and so humorously! Very often I would laugh simply because of her voice.

There are 2 other books in the series and I look forward to listening to them.
