Extremely timely and relevant

There are 10 chapters that basically state 1) let employees rest to be productive (take a vacation fully unplugged), 2) let employees have quiet time so they can think, 3) how to facilitate good communicate in the norm of remote work, which as of August 2025, is becoming less and less relevant and definitely not relevant to my small business. I can’t imagine this being useful for a large business either, because the content is so basic. It’s HR 101 and was dragged out too long. To sum up the book: keep employees happy by letting them be well-rested and not burnt out.
