I Liked the way the host allowed Hugh to navigate the topics. Tge background info on tge researchers who came before Hugh was helpful.

Hughes research is very sound and he knows how to talk about it well in a q and a format.

My mistake for using a book credit on a 45 minute interview but unless you read the entire summary (literally the last sentence) then you may be of the misunderstanding that this is a full book. Not how I would recommend spending $16 USD…
