Good book, but I prefer less romance and more drama ,danger. Sci-fi action with dragon fire and such.

Can't remember the last time I rated 5 stars, but this one deserves it both for the story and the narrator. I love that it was an omnibus. Getting three books in one download so that I don't have to go in search of the next book right away is a boon too. I think I've listened to this 6 or 7 times now, or more. Plus I've listened to a few more in the story. Can't get enough of the characters. I know the author said she didn't want to do a love story for each book so the 3 rd book just brings everyone back together for another adventure. I think with the first two giving us those back stories it really helps to keep the reader interested in their lives and the adventure going on. I'm currently listening to raptor and loving it. If you like a little romance with a lot of adventure mixed into a great storyline you can't go wrong with this. I already have the books from the next adventures set in this world. Lindsay Buroker is a new fave of mine. I've already introduced the story to my son and he is also enjoying it.
