Took a flier on this based on a reddit recommendation and I'm happy I did. The pacing and story are great, I also enjoyed it was only 12+ hours, zero filler. Looking forward to the next two books!!!

Really fun story. Funny, dark, and serious all at the same time. The MC is a true antihero. Bad dude that does bad stuff but still has some morals. Really enjoyed it. Looking forward to the next one.
