Putting it all on the line for love....

Cowboy musician Tyler Garrett has a once-in-a-lifetime chance to put aside his rough-and-tumble rancher's lifestyle and realize his dream. He's on the road to Dallas to record a demo when that dream gets kicked sideways by a beautiful woman on the run.

Leah Benson will do whatever it takes to keep her daughter safe. But when her dangerous past catches up with her, she needs a hero - and luckily for her, Tyler Garrett was born and bred for the role.

There were times where I considered skipping forward to get to something good. Eventually it picked up and became more interesting and it was overall a good story.

A little slow at times

Great narration and interesting characters. This will be a good series. I can't wait to listen to the next one in the series.

Great story!

It seemed like the relationship was rushed in the beginning but once the characters developed more it was wonderful. Seriously an AMAZING BOOK!

Wow! WONDERFUL BOOK

It is a feel good story. Didn’t like the rape in the past of the characters- but the story was smooth enough.

Nice story

Bottom line is I liked this ranching, singing, sweet, good-looking cowboy right from the beginning. He had a little angst going with his father about wanting to follow his dream of singing but never any doubt or angst with his new girlfriend or his career choice. That was worth the read along. I get so fed up with those little misunderstanding moments that keep the hero and heroin apart that it was refreshing to not have it in this story! Loved it! Best thing to say about this one is if you want a story with a hero that is steady and stays the course than you're in the right place.

Already rich, rising star cowboy.
