Gin never disappoints! I downloaded yesterday and am enjoying every minute of DDD 2nd edition. It’s been a great review for me since I’ve listened to several of her books including the first edition of Delay Don’t Deny. The integration of the “Clean Fast” is so helpful. I highly recommend to anyone interested in intermittent fasting as well as experienced IFers!

I loved the first edition of this book and this second edition is just as good. The updates make it even easier to understand the various types of fasting and the science behind it. Gin makes it all easy.

The only issue I have with this Audible version is the audio quality. I’m disappointed. It’s very scratchy and many of the last words in a sentence get cut off. I wish Audible would find a way to correct this and make this a crisp, clear recording.

I have listened to this book twice and Fast Feast Repeat three times. In 6 weeks I have lost 10 pounds and fasting is getting easier. I am so hopeful. Gin is a good narrator, and I love the success stories. Those really motivate me.
