This title uses virtual voice narration

Virtual voice is computer-generated narration for audiobooks.

One shy girl. One perceptive woman. One chance encounter that changes everything.

When Georgiana Darcy accompanies her brother to Hertfordshire, her gentle presence becomes the key that unlocks his guarded heart—and Elizabeth Bennet is watching.

What begins as curiosity transforms into something far deeper as Darcy reveals himself to be a man of profound devotion, careful thought, and unexpected warmth.

In this sweet, low-angst variation on Austen’s classic, first impressions give way to true perception, and love blooms not from conflict overcome, but from hearts that recognize each other from the very start.

I read other reviewers complain that this story had no pride, no prejudice and no angst and that it was really short. I will tell you, that is exactly what I was looking for last night! I wanted something easy on my heart and short so I could finish the whole story quickly. This fit the bill so easily. There was a little angst for Georgianna as she feared people wouldn't like her but that was quickly dispelled by Elizabeth and Jane. And Darcy had some angst being with people but there wasn't really any for the reader. That is often just what I need.
I listened to the audiobook which had virtual voice narration. That is never my first choice but this one was pretty good. Not as well done as a live narrator but not as bad as some virtual voices I've listened to.
