Narration was fine, no issues there, but the MC gets infuriating to listen to. She keeps saying what she should be doing like getting help or being honest and then not following through and doubting people with no conversation about the issue whatsoever when the other person had been nothing but helpful.

Cutting off some of the chapters without wrapping up the topic being discussed is unnatural and leaves a lot of disconnect in the story.

After book one I was excited to see the story progress. Instead, the main character regressed to the way she was in book one. Couldn’t finish.

This series continues to be a lot of fun. I'm really enjoying this young adult version of a why choose romance (not sure if it's staying YA, but I won't be mad if it doesn't 😂). I'm loving the magical aspect of this world, it seem pretty unique with the way it's set up.

The mystery starting to unfold around her parents has me super giddy. I can't wait to find out more.

The audio was great! Vanessa Moyen continues to do a wonderful job with this narration and I can't wait for book three.
