The audio is leveled extremely quietly. I listen on Shokz Open Run Pro (gen 1) “bone conduction” earphones while cycling in a medium-small urban town around a large university campus; and have a bit of tinnitus; and the leveling so low I can barely hear at home when sitting in my studio space about 12' from a dehumidifier running.
Every chapter ends with an interview; and I most interviews are longer than most chapters. So this is mostly a book of interviews. That’s interesting, but not the kind of academic “textbook” style I was thinking of.

Very Quiet; About half or more is interviews/anecdotes
