Predictable but nice and steamy if you just need some time to getaway to a fantasy land!

Fun fantasy but i cant quite get over the manipulation. Leaves a feeling that this was not written by a woman. It didn’t really give Candace much redemption for what she’s done- we were not shown the consequences of her manipulation, there was no struggle yet she still got what she wanted. The first one was funny with an undertone of stalker, but then the second one was done without thought of the first one. Ally has all the right to feel the way she did, but she was too quick to forgive with Candace’s weak reasons. This makes Ally spineless. Overall, i like that it has a happy ending though I wish we were not only told but shown the main characters’ dimensions.

I want to take a plane ride like this. Candice is charming and flirty. Ally insists she's straight yet something about Candice draws her in. Candice sets a challenge for the ride and wow is it going to be hard. Ally is about to have her world turned upside down in the best way. I listened to the audiobook version with Tessa Stavers doing a magnificent job narrating. It's a short one, but oh so satisfying.

I found this story to be super cute by the end. About half way through I felt it was almost stocker-ish however by the end my mind was totally changed about it and I loved the story. This story shows the importance of clear communication and that nice deeds can be miss construed. This is one I will add to my listen again list.
