I recommend slowing the audio to 90% if you’re multitasking, this way you can digest the chapters and put new concepts into practice rather than zooming through. If there are multiple people in your household it could help to discuss important topics with everyone for a healthier prospective in the household.

I’ve read this book in print, and found it to be deeply supportive and beautifully written. It’s been an absolute game changer in helping me navigate my healing journey and most difficult relationships. I knew I’d come back to it again and again, and am so grateful to have found the audio version, with Pixie’s soothing voice. An evergreen and nourishing resource, I highly recommended Boundaries and Protection in both formats. Next on my list: Goldmining the Shadows.

I have the print copy as well . It’s nice to hear it being read to you . Gave me a different perspective and ideas than reading it to myself . I happy to have both aspects. I highly recommend this book to everybody . I recommend any of her works . Quite impactful .
