I loved it, it is a deep dive with step by step direction to hold self accountable and steir the conversation away from the traditional parent child work relationship.

this book is really great for learning mindful communication at work and for every day. I like that it also gave examples of how to change your words to make a better conversation. I think everyone should read/listen to this book. I will highly recommend this book to all my friends, family and co-workers.
