First, I would like to start off by saying that If you’ve quit smoking or you’re about to quit, then I guess congratulations are in order. Second, this book is meant to be the all-inclusive, go-to guide.

Now I won’t get into the legality, politics or science of E-cigs all that much, but I will delve into the facts; the rest will be opinion based on from what I have personally learned through trial and error, and of course, research.

I was a pack-a-day smoker for approximately twelve years and tried quitting with little to no success on at least three different occasions. I found E-Cigs and it worked, I opened three successful Vape Stores and I haven’t had another cigarette, or ‘‘analog’’ as they’re called and have been smoke free up until this very day.

Nicotine patches and gum isn’t for everyone and I don’t particularly like the idea of taking a prescription pill that might make me suicidal after. I applaud them for their efforts, but some of this is just downright irresponsible.
