I love the concept of this book but the reading was terribly robotic so much so that it was painful to get through and next to impossible to focus on. I also would not recommend this as an audible book because there were diagrams that were not described in the audible version.

Basically this is a Simmons university advertisement with good reminders of great thought leaders such as Brene Brown which you’d be better off just listening to one of her provocative books.
