This book is full of valuable information. If you want to work on yourself or help family members, it explains how to help using natural remedies and changing the mind pattern that brought the problem on in the first place. Often, the mind pattern issue is overlooked, missed, or you just don’t dig deep enough (from my own personal healing experience), and it seems like once you uncover one, you find another, and another, and another. I’m still learning. But this book is a wonderful tool and has already helped me and my family a lot. I got the audible version first, then ended up ordering the paperback book so I could easily search problems/solutions. Highly recommend!!
