This is a good series but I had a hard time listening to the last book because of the change in narrators. It was like changing the characters in the last book.

the blood singer series is fantastic and this aegment, while taking an unexpected turn, has me still firmly in its grasp! actiin, adventure, magic and love! oh and you might want to get out the tissues of you know these characters.

It’s absolutely amazing how big a difference the narrator makes to how you like a book. Same author, great series I enjoyed for 6 books. BOOK 7? The screech of nails on a chalkboard... Arika Escalona Rapson = Awesome voice and narration... Tanya Eby, the new narrator? I honestly need some extra strength excedrin after 15 minutes of her horrible, stilted narration. I honestly thought that I downloaded a bad copy, the reading was so choppy. It’s bad enough that I even returned two other books she is the narrator of without bothering to try them. May have to break down and READ this book because the narrator is painful to my ears. WHAT HAPPENED?? Why the change????
