Interesting book overall. I enjoyed the history, and of course the different investigations that were discussed. Richard Estep brings a new look to some of the haunts.

I didn't care for the whispery voice of the narrator. it sounded like he was telling a bedtime story but the contents was great. I've investigated Farrar Elementary and it's very intriguing.

I feel super bad saying this but, this narrator voice is just not working. I can't even listen to the first chapter because the introduction has me wishing for a refund.
I'll have to spend more money now for the hardback smh.
