Two paths: one new, one familiar. And a burning desire to choose them both...

When Damon spots a stunning redhead on his plane, the pilot’s determined to get to know her better. It’s been a long time since he’s experienced an instant connection with anyone. The last time was with his former lover, who left without an explanation over five years ago, devastating him. Though cautious now, when it comes to relationships, MacKenzie just might be everything he’s looking for and more.

Not expecting to meet the tall, dark, and handsome captain on her flight home, Mac finds Damon’s domineering persistence a turn-on. She decides to take a chance on him, which, in the end, might be a mistake when a person from his past returns. A man Damon loved and still does.

The last five years had been dark journey for Trevor, and he’s now ready to return to the light. He’s back in Boston to not only ask for forgiveness but to reconnect with Damon, since he still loves the man.

However, there’s a complication. Damon is seeing someone else, and Trevor might be too late.

Note: This book in the series can be listened to as stand-alone. It includes an HEA ending. It is intended for audiences over 18 years of age since it includes MMF scenes between all three characters.

Gia is annoying af and could have done without her in both books. Like seriously I was yelling at my phone for her to STFU.

Other than that I loved this entire series!!

Jeanne St. James did it again - hooked me on 3 character arcs that I just had to know from the opening sentences what was going to happen to these beautiful people and how they would get their Happily Ever After (HEA). This "Dare" series had me captured from book one and I'm so glad I stayed hooked for the ride. However, I was not expecting in this book was the heartfelt twists to Trevor's story & how integral Mack would be to helping Damon overcome their past. I felt so overwhelmed listening to their discussions of what Trevor put himself through and why. But Mack was a force of logic and heart, just what I'm looking for in the female leads, especially in a menage story.

What puts Ms. St. James books over the top is her fantastic choice of narrators! Ava Lucas is always top notch in both her caring and her steamy / sensual voice. The guys, Sean Crisden & J.F. Harding made me really connect with the male POV - it's always so moving when you can feel the pain the characters are experiencing when the narrators push the envelope in their performance. Great job & I'm leaving this in my library for future re-listening!

In my opinion, this series gets better and better with each new release. This story is about pilot Damon, the beautiful MacKenzie (Mac) and Trevor, the man who broke Damon’s heart.

Narrated by Sean Crisden, Ava Lucas and JF Harding this was a captivating story that kept my attention throughout. They
all did a great job with the emotions and passions expressed by their respective characters and that really added to my enjoyment of this book.

Damon is attracted to a beautiful redhead who captures his attention on his flight, finally deciding that it is time he moved on, he cannot believe the connection he feels for Mac.
However just when things are finally going their way, Trevor, the man he loved with all his heart and soul suddenly returns.

What will this mean for the blossoming relationship between Mac and Damon? Will Damon be prepared to listen to Trevor’s explanation and find it in his heart to forgive him? Will Mac decide to withdraw from Damon?

The chemistry between all three of the characters was intense and overpowering and there were times I needed a fan to cool down. However, this is not just a hot and spicy book, it is a book that has depth and emotions and one that really got to me on numerous levels.

There were times that my heart just about broke reading this story. The pain and rejection that Damon felt when Trevor left him years ago, for all that Trevor went through, for Mac who might loose the man she has fallen hard for; it all makes for an emotional roller coaster of a read.

I really loved MacKenzie, her passion and her willingness to fight to have both men in her life was inspiring. She could easily have bowed out but her determination and strength of character was admirable and I was cheering for Damon, Mac and Trevor to get their happily ever after.

This book was well written, tugged at my heart strings and is perhaps my most favourite book in the series to date.
