Sarah Wayland, Ph.D. is the founder Guiding Exceptional Parents, and co-founder of The Behavior Revolution. She provides neurodiversity-affirmative support, education, and community for parents of neurodivergent children in her work as a parenting coach, RDI™ consultant, and special needs care navigator. She has Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Brandeis University. She worked as a postdoc at Northeastern University, as research faculty at the University of Maryland's School of Medicine, and as research faculty at the U of Maryland's Center for the Advanced Study of Language.
