Not very helpful for those who have serious issue with this problem. This book gives good hints where to start, but for many I`m afraid that isnn`t enough.

Not really very theraputic. More like getting a lecture from Mr. Clean. The goal of the author seemed more judgemental than anything else. I feel like I was lectured by a member of Westboro Baptist Church. 😕
